Blood type O-
a. Does best with animal protein, especially red meat
b. Avoid wheat and most grains
Blood type A-
a. Does best eating vegan or vegetarian
b. Avoid meat and dairy
Blood type B-
a. Does best on meat and grains
b. Avoid chicken
Blood type AB-
a. Does best on tofu, seafood, dairy and green veggies
b. Should avoid caffeine, alcohol and cured meats
